Getting to the Next Level

Thank you Lumenis Partners for helping the board of directors of Mesa Developmental Services (MDS) find a CEO who so perfectly matched our needs. Our organization had the same CEO for 25 years. She built a strong organization, but when she retired we knew we needed someone who could modernize our accounting system, deal with continuing cutbacks in government funding, and develop new revenue streams. The CEO Lumenis found MDS has done all of those tasks, and in addition, he has increased our visibility in the community. He enjoys the challenges the job provides him, his staff appreciates his management style, and the board has full faith in his ability to get us to the next level.
